She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl O'Neal and Blanche Skaggs O'Neal; her husband Leon Adkins; her son Joey Adkins; and her siblings, Carlos O'Neal, Bill O'Neal, Jimmy O'Neal, Dan O'Neal, Wanda Jean O'Neal and Barbara Ames.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Benjamin, Luke, Samuel, Abbey, Hank and Peyton; her sister Betty Gillian; her brother-in-law Walter Adkins; and her close friends, Dennis and Nancy Compton.
