She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Wesley and Ollie Jones Foy; her children, John Payne (Sandra), James Payne and Cara Pomeroy; her granddaughter Jenna Anderson (Chris); her great grandchildren, Haleigh Anderson and James Anderson; her granddaughter Carmen Betts (Ron); her great grandchild Kamron Betts; her grandson Aaron Payne; her sister Judy Tinkel; and her nieces and nephews, Kim and Scott.
