He is survived by: his wife Sandy Polk; his children, Kathy Wilson (Charles), Jeana Massey (Leon), Kim Fazen-Lee and Debbie Mineweaser (Bo); his grandchildren, Jamie Asbury (Marvetta), Mathew Asbury (Jessica) of Charles, Fazen (Cynthia), Jonathan Wilson, Ashley Mineweaser (Kris), Julie Berger (Ryan) and Michelle Lawson (David); his pet Suzie; and his siblings, Frances Bittinger, Bertha Polk, Wanda Henry, Shelby Sebasto and Angie Malick. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
