He was predeceased by: his parents, James Treadway and Anna Mae Treadway; and his former wife Karen Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Debra Treadway; his daughter Erica Stewart (Dave); his grandchildren, Kaden and Maraeya Stewart; his stepson Jamie Oiler; his brothers, Elijah Treadway (Crystal) and Kenneth Treadway (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Denise of Johathan, D. J., Elijah and Ean.
