He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Overton and Audrey Copeland Gill; and his sisters, Anna Lee Manske, Frances Miller and Diane Rice.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Huddleston Gill; his children, Kim McCarthy (Shaun), James Overton Kevin Gill and Sean Gill (Shonnet); his grandchildren, Ashley Wilshire, Tyler McCarthy, Shane, Haden and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Allison "Alli" Grace and Sophia Isabelle.
