He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd Hicks. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Hicks; his siblings, Rose Ann Hicks Hayden and Robert Ugen Altice; his wife Judy Hicks of Oak Hill; his daughters, Lisa Hicks Butcher of Ohio and Kayla Wingrove of Oak Hill; his siblings, Mary Hicks Calhoun, Kathy Hicks Higginbotham of Oak Hill and Lloyd Hicks Jr. of Oak Hill; his stepsiblings, Gary Hicks of Charleston, WV and Patricia Cantrell of Ohio; his son-in-law Jamie Butcher Jr.; and his grandchildren, Andrew and MaKayla Sorg of Winston-Salem, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
