He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Pauline Eads Lively; and his sons, James Gordon Lively, Jr. and Phillip Glen Lively. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Lively; his daughters, Pamela Carol Clark (Eugene) and Rhonda Susan Skinner (David Lee); and his brother Cecil Glen Lively. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great- grandchildren.
