He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Swann Fuller; his grandparents, Herman E., Algie M. Fuller of Wendell, N. C. and Jimmy; his father James Ellis Fuller, Sr.; and his brother Neil Owen Fuller of Virginia Beach, VA.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Willey Fuller; his children, Megan Amanda Fuller of Johnston County, N. C., Briana Maier of Raleigh County, N. C. and Drew Edward Fuller of Johnston County, N. C.; his sisters, Robin Wall (Louis) of Knightdale, N. C. and Kimberly Johnson of Zebulon, N. C.; and his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Jean Willey of Hilldale, WV. He is also survived by several nephews and many other relatives and friends.
