He is survived by: his children, Debbie Semenske (Charles) of Stanaford and Jack Edward Vance Jr.; his brother Bill Vance (Kyra) of Cranberry; his grandchildren, Kimberly Runyon of Stanaford, Chuck Semenske (Hillary) of Lake Norman, NC, Stacy Cannon (Ashley) of Lynchburg, VA, Jason Vance (Kimberly) of Beckley and Jamie Harvey of Beckley; his great grandchildren, Brandon Runyon, Chad Runyon (Shawna), Payten, Kendall, Abigail Semenske, Cooper, Lindyn Cannon, Reagan and Rhett Vance; his great great grandchild Maxwell Cafarelli; and his stepdaughter Debbie Lacek (Larry) of Daniels. He is also survived by several step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
