He is survived by: his wife Victoria Ann Norosky Harrah; his stepchildren, Cheryl Martin (John) of Palmyra, VA and Kyle Norosky (Lesley) of Manassas, VA; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Rakes of Palmyra, VA, Aneila Martin of Palmyra, VA, Derek Martin of Holly, Edwin Martin of Holly, Garrett Norosky of Manassas, VA and Kylie Norosky of Manassas, VA; his great grandchildren, Eliza, Maverick Rakes of Palmyra, VA, Autumn and Isabella Martin of Holly, Mich.; and his siblings, Gerald Harrah (Brenda) of Covington, GA, Ronald Harrah (Betty) of Fayetteville, GA and Kaye Williams (Jeffery) of Evergreen, CO..
