He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kelly and Dana Kelly; and his sister Janet McMillion. He is survived by: his wife Becky of Oak Hill; his son Christopher Kelly of Boone, NC; his grandsons, Mitchell, Morgan and Mason Kelly; his daughter Shannon Compton (Darrell); his grandchildren, Paige, Kasey and Caleb Compton; and his sisters, Barbara Morgan of Florida and Connie Destafanis of Florida.
In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions may be made to Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, WV.
