She was predeceased by: her brother James Jerry Cole, II. She is survived by: her parents, Cheryl Crookshanks Keppinger of Mt. Lookout and Thomas Sparks (Wanda) of Quinwood; her daughters, Serenity of Oak Hill, Zaylee of Oak Hill and Brilee Nichols of Oak Hill; her brother Robert Sparks (Mindy) of Danese; and her stepbrother Matthew Brady of Virginia. She is also survived by extended family, and friends.
