He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Harry and Harry Canterbury Sr. Harry; and his wife Jane Carolyn Canterbury. He is survived by: his children, Lori Ann Bennett (James Bennett) and Allen Wayne Canterbury (Duska Canterbury); his grandchildren, Breanna Bennett and Hallie Canterbury; and his siblings, Ronnie Canterbury (Virginia "Ginny") and Ruth Ann Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
