He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bibb and Dorothy Persinger Bibb; his brothers, John Bibb, Jr. and Larry Bibb; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Conner and Michael Watkins.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Watkins Bibb; his children, Harold Lee Bibb, Jr. (Molly) and Shelli K. Pauley; his grandchildren, Mikaela Adkins (Jordan) and Virginia Pauley; his great grandchildren, Emmalee Adkins and Kinsley Adkins; his siblings, Randy Bibb (Debbie) and Carol Dick; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Conner, Susan Watkins, Shelia Sheaves (Larry) and Dale Watkins, Sr. (Wanda).
