She is survived by: her former husband Tommy Owens; her husband Audie Bell of Oak Hill, WV; her daughter Edna Ooten (Donnie) of Beckley, WV; her grandchildren, Shayden Ooten of Logan, WV, Kyleigh, Keatlee Ooten and Meredith Knoch of Logan, WV; her nephew Joey Jr. Sincell of Tennessee; and her close friends, Marjorie Davis and Brenda Rife.
