She is survived by: her children, Marvin Richard Smith of Gettysburg, PA, Rita Sue Woolwine (Randall) of Lexington, NC, Ronald Gene Smith of Madison, WV, William Alan Smith (Unna) of Oak Hill, WV and Clifford Ray Smith of Oak Hill, WV.
