He is survived by: his wife Thelma Evelyn Lanham Evans; his children, Travis Evans (Tiffany), Vencent Evans and Josie Perry (Mason); his stepchildren, Miranda Lanham and Dylan Hubbard; his siblings, Bill Evans (Amy), Annette Sears (Larry) and Roger Evans; and his grandchildren, Myleigh Evans, Hunter Perry, Wyatt Evans, Tiffany Perry and Anastasia Lanham.
