He is survived by: his wife Patricia Leake Roat; his children, Doyle Dodie Roat (Jeanie) and Lisa Roat Lavender (Don); his grandchildren, Brandi Cook (Keith) and Erin Hughes (Dusty); his great grandchildren, Logan Cook (Tempest), Aiden Cook, Luke Hughes and Isaiah Hughes; his great great grandchild Kennadi Gail Cook; and his sisters, Libby Myers and Evelyn Stevens.
