We are sad to announce that on July 5, 2022, at the age of 88, Frank Dewey Foster of Oak Hill, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Foster and Mary Ruth Foster; his wife Bonnie Jean Foster; and his daughter Tammy Lynn Foster. He is survived by: his children, Judy Comer, Wanda Duncan, Lisa Elam, Rita Robertson and Frank Dewey Foster Jr. (Peanut). He is also survived by grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
