He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Dugger Rider; his children, Frank Rider, Jr. of Providence Forge, VA, Judy Gail Coleman of Summerlee and Patricia Ann Bias (Fred) of Nitro; and his sister Shirley Jean Talbott of Beckley.
