It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evenda Bell Lawhorn (Oak Hill, West Virginia), born in Montgomery, West Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Lawhorn and Shelvie Lawhorn (Fox); her husband Don; her son Scott; and her siblings, Ralph Pittman, Wilbur Pittman, Ray Pittman, Hurley Pittman, Gladys Martin, Shirlie Neely, Helen Howell, Nilah Chobot, Violet Neely, Elizabeth Reis, Shelvie Pittman and Harry Pittman.
She is survived by: her children, David Lawhorn (Laura) and Kelly Lawhorn; her granddaughter Stephanie Cortright; her sister Brenda Teaster (Junior) of North Carolina; and her friends, Joe and Kay Allen.
