She is survived by: her husband Zane Farley Self; her children, Daniel Patrick Self, Timothy Mark Self, Michael Philip Self, Sarah Jane Self Sloan and Rebecca Susan Self; her granddaughter Laura Beth Self; her great grandchild Kayden Matthew Key; her niece Ginger Marie McKinney; and her nephew George Dewey McKinney III. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
