It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Dodd (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on May 21, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edith Dodd to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Forest and Mary Cheslock Young; her husband Roy P. Dodd; her brothers, Charles Young and Warner Young; and her sister-in-law Mary Young.
She is survived by: her son Lee Drake; her daughter-in-law Jane Ann Drake; her sister Myrna Birkhart; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Young; her granddaughters, Nicole Phares and Kristin Perry; and her great grandchildren, Ainslee Phares and Easton Phares. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, it was her wish that donations be made in her memory to her Church or to Hospice of Southern WV.
