She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Arden and Rachel McGuire Arden; her husband John Everette Waugh; her son James Waugh; and her sister Charlene Osburne of Ashland, KY.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte Reed; and her grandchildren, Kenny Pate, Marty Pate, Anne Waugh Boerner and Scott Waugh. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
