With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ray Smith Sr. (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Leo Smith; his sisters, Joan Smith, Patty Smith and Joyce Stover; and his daughter Linda Burns.

He is survived by: his former wife Wanda Smith; his sons, Donald Smith Jr. of Prudence, Michael Smith (Wendy) of Prudence, James Smith (Sandra) of Prudence and Ricky Samples of Macarthur; and his brother Roger Smith (Frances) of Oak Hill. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
