He is survived by: his wife Robin Holbrook; his children, Dock Holbrook Jr. of Prosperity and Trina Blake (Matt) of Pax; his granddaughters, Samantha Holbrook (Nathan) of Scarbro, Nikki Holbrook (Gabe) of Maple Fork and Lisa Caldwell of Fayetteville; his siblings, Judy Jones of Victor, Jeannie Simmons of Virginia, Ginger Moore of Oak Hill, Terry Holbrook (Donna) and Paul Holbrook (Sheila) of Oak Hill; and his sisters-in-law, Piper Smith (Darrell) of Kimberly and Anna "Chippy" Nichols of Oak Hill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
