He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hatcher of Oak Hill, WV; his children, Judith Ann Cooper (Brett) of Cool Ridge, WV, Darlene McKinney (Jay) of Ghent, WV, Dean Hatcher of Cool Ridge, WV and Allen Hatcher of Cool Ridge, WV; his stepchildren, Sherri Shrout of Murrells Inlet, SC, Shane Taylor (Tambra) of Stephens City, VA and Jeremy Taylor (Laura) of Oak Hill, WV.; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Josie Grubb; and his siblings, Terry Hatcher (Dee) of Beaver, WV, Mary Cole (David) of Cool Ridge, WV, Cynthia Phillips (Scott), Sharon Treadway of Beckley, WV and Belinda Ellison (Bill) of Coal City, WV.
