We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2022, at the age of 59, Debra Karen Brown of Oak Hill, West Virginia, born in Huntington, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kinser and Berva Baker Kinser; her husband Roy Joseph Brown; and her siblings, Linda Kinser, Sandra Kinser Midkiff, Virgil Kinser and Rodney Kinser.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Roy Brown (Nicolette Flowers) and Chyse Tildon Brown (Katlyn Allen); her siblings, Jackie Kinser, Tressa Estep and Phyllis Ratliff (Haskel); and her grandchildren, Myka Brown, Gage Brown, Ryan Brown, Weston Brown (Virgil), Ryland Flowers, Oakley Wherry, Maverick Brown, Sawyer Brown and Anslee Brown (Tilly Roo Brown).
