He is survived by: his mother Barbara Cumbow; his stepfather William "Bill" Cumbow; his children, Hallie Pack (Dalton Underwood) and Jesse Van Sickle; his grandson Myles Underwood; and his brothers, Steven Vincent, Micheal Vincent (Rhonda) and Eric Murphy.
