He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Pittman and Grace Alene Waugh Pittman; and his siblings, William Daniel Pittman Jr., James "Jim" Pittman, William "Butch" Pittman and Donna Gaye Pittman.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea Lewis Pittman; his sons, Geoff Pittman and Erik Lewis; and his siblings, Rev. Charles "Rocky" Pittman (Lana), Drema Gambill (Tom), Joyce "Susie" Conner (Danny), Lori "Sam" McDaniel and Tammy "Buffy" Darnell.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, PO Box 1472, Beckley, WV 25802.
