He is survived by: his father William Lee Shepherd, Jr.; his stepmother Hazel Shepherd; his sisters, Vonda Fisher (Michael) of Scarbro and Kimberly Hull (Robert) of Fayetteville; and his stepsiblings, Letha Jarvis (Mark) of Oak Hill, Vanessa Nelson (Jerry) of Pax, Sandra Jeffries (Walter) of Texas, Michael Watson (Jessica) of Shady Spring, Timothy Jeffries of Oak Hill and Wesley Hughey (Patrick) of Virginia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
