He is survived by: his significant other Carol Jean Vanover; his children, Charles Mack Vanover Jr. (Jamie), Brian Vanover, Melissa Soutar (David) and Stephanie Waugh (Harry); his sister Armatha Vanover Kokoski (Ambrose); his half-siblings, Colleen Izzo Cook (DJ) and George Tommy Crum; his grandchildren, Kandis Flint (James), Chase Vanover (Jasmine), Brandon, Amber Davis, Brittany Lilly (Johnny), David Soutar Jr. (Savannah), Heather Soutar (Harley), Jordan, Justin, Brian Jr. and Madison Vanover; and his great grandchildren, Abel Flint, Nylah Vanover, Adrianna Davis, Ryder Slezak, Ellie Lilly and Brooklyn Yarbro. He is also survived by his wife and watching his children and grandchildren.
