She is survived by: her husband Michael "Mike" Wayne Hurt; her children, Matthew Evans and Evelyn Evans (Roger Hinkle); her stepdaughters, Amanda Hurt Rutledge (Alex) and Andrea Hurt Humphrey (Jamie); her grandchildren, Dalton Hinkle, Alexis Rutledge, Chasity Humphrey and Haven Humphrey; and her siblings, Linda Kincaid, Margaret Martin and Jerry Wade (Sandra).
