We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2021, at the age of 61, Carla Harvey Arrington (Oak Hill, West Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Joseph and Christine Harvey. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Epperly of Morgantown and Christina Epperly of Lexington; her grandchildren, Kailey Criss of Lexington, Maddox Epperly of Morgantown and Madalyn Epperly of Westville, Florida.; and her brother Jim Bill Harvey (Sharon).

“My first memories of Carla date back to the early 70s when she was the pesky and occasionally onery little sister to one of my best friendsJim Bill. I remember her always having a friendly word for me when I would see her in her many years working at Kroger. I know she was an admiring daughter. In recent years I rarely saw her , but appreciated that we were Facebook “friends “ and was able to see how devoted she was as both. a mother and grandmother.”
