He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Treadway and Evelyn Sarah Treadway (Riggleman); his son Eddie Treadway; and his sister Louise Schwertner. He is survived by: his children, Carla Ervin of Oak Hill and Wayne Treadway of Ashland, KY; the mother of his children JoAnn Cox; and his sister Betty Watson of Cross Lanes, WV. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
