He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Frances Collins (Cadle); his wife Tammy Shrader (Bailey); his sister Tina Cross; his stepmother Brenda Shrader; and his stepsister Betty Prince.

He is survived by: his father George Clifford Shrader; his siblings, Mary Christine Wilson, Ashley Beckett, Kaylynn Bailey and Clifford Shrader (Peggy); his stepsister LaDonna Reed (Roger); his stepchildren, Clifford Shrader, Tiffany Bailey and Brittany Bailey; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Hannah and Aiden.

The family requests in lieu of flowers for donations to be made to Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center towards his cremation service.
