She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McGinnis and Edna June McGinnis. She is survived by: her children, Joey Adkins of Oak Hill, WV, Brian Adkins of Oak Hill, WV, Michelle Avis (Zach Avis) of Oak Hill, WV, Jeffery Adkins Jr. (Crystal Adkins) of Kingston, WV, Justin Adkins of Oak Hill and Scott Adkins of Oak Hill; and her sisters, Barbra Fleaming, Joan Adkins and Karen Suttle. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
