She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Elliot Hayes and Genevieve Coffman Hayes; her uncle Sterling Coffman (Francis); her brother Charles Hayes (Phyllis); and her brother-in-law George Calandros.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Pino (John), Greta Calandros, Cathy Hayes and Jim Hayes (Rose); and her nephew John Pino. She is also survived by the many nieces/great nieces, nephews/ great nephews, cousins, and the many friends.
Her wishes are being honored, with her body donated to the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV, and later interment at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fayette Plateau Ministerial Association Food Pantry, Hospice of Southern West Virginia, or the Bowers Hospice House.
