She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Richard and Hazel Charlotte Bibb Puckett; her husband Patrick Day; and her siblings, Charles "Buster", Cecil Everett, Don Puckett, Charlotte Puckett Bookman, Margaret Louise Puckett Beirne and Lois Puckett Tyree.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Abbot (Mathew) and Mike Day (Carol); her grandchildren, Levi Day (Lindsey), Katlyn Day, Sam Abbot and Tate Abbot; her great grandchildren, Marleigh Day and Kendall Day; and her siblings, Jim Puckett and Sonja Puckett Lohmar.
