She was predeceased by: her mother Deborah Schlein. She is survived by: her husband Carlos Smith; her daughter Kelsea Blevins (Joshua Thacker); her grandchildren, Serenity, Jaxon, Dustin, Aaron and Ellie; her stepchildren, Tonya Ombler (Jesse Yearout) and Carlos Michael Smith; her father Allen Schlein; and her brothers, Phillip Pasmeg, Adam Schlein and Ben Schlein.
A reception was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
