It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Blevins Louisos (Oak Hill, West Virginia), born in Fayetteville, West Virginia, who passed away on May 2, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harvey Blevins and Nellie Viola Blevins Coleman (Blevins); her daughter Sandra Fleming Howard; and her siblings, Roger Dale Blevins, Buford Alen Blevins, Cora Lenora Blevins, Debra Lou Bailey, Sylvia Josephine Ash, Mae Ola Gardner, Beulah Sue Weist, Vesta Raynell Blevins and Clarice Jean Chambers.
She is survived by: her husband William Thomas "Tom" Louisos, Sr.; her daughters, Shelley Fleming Cohen (Pete) and Summer Ginette Fleming; her siblings, David Lynn Blevins, Fredia Thelma Herrman, Patricia Carol Elder and Linda Kay McCallister; and her grandchildren, Kendall Burnside, Rebekka Howard, Brandon Howard, Ace Fleming and Olivia Fleming. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
