She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Robert and Thelma Armstrong (Baber). She is survived by: her children, Michael Stover (Fran) of Winston-Salem, NC, Hank Stover of Beaver and Kathy Shepherd of Beckley; her grandson Phillip Shepherd of Beckley; her family, Ella Walker and Jackie Rutherford (Mark); and her grandchildren, Triston, Mallorie and Shannon Ward (Jacob). She is also survived by one sister; five brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home- Oak Hill (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 1:45 PM and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
