He was predeceased by: his parents, Myles Wickline and Ethel Wickline Rodes (Michael); and his brother Michael Wickline. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Wickline (Williams); his children, Andrew Wickline (Amanda), Anna Munhall and Amanda Wickline (Todd Zimmerman); his grandchildren, Katy Bird (Caleb), Patrick Munhall, William Munhall, Maryn Munhall, Luke Wickline, Emma Wickline, Ethan Rhodes and C. J. Wickline; his great grandchildren, Adeline Bird, Samson Bird, Charlotte Bird and Max Bird; his sister Karen Shannon (Jack); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Wickline. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
