He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sheets Powell; his sons, Terry Powell, Jr. (Erica Brown) of Howard, OH, Charles Powell (Elizabeth) of Howard, OH and Nathan Powell of Nutter Fort; his grandchildren, Dominic, Cameron, Axel and Shealyn; his brothers, Robert Powell (Susan Johnson) of East Liverpool, OH and Richard Powell of East Liverpool, OH; his niece Sabrina; and his nephews, Robert and Brian Powell.
