He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moscar (Starkey); his children, Michelle Bennett (Ron) of Lumberport, Teddy Moscar, II (Robin) of Stem, NC and Shawn Moscar of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Brandy Bell (Fred) of Bridgeport, Kara Agone (Michael) of Midlothian, VA, Lauren Moscar of Minneola, FL, Laken Moscar of Clarksburg, Matthew Moscar of Stem, NC, Jenson Moscar of Clarksburg, Dusty Moscar of Weston and Toma Courtney (Chris) of Bridgeport; his sister Jo Luray Smith of Manning, SC; and his brother-in-law Dennis Starkey of Nutter Fort. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
