It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A Ash Flanigan (Nutter Fort, West Virginia), who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denzil Golden and Audra Avis Carter Ash; her husband Robert Alvin Flanigan; and her brother Harold G. Ash. She is survived by: her son Robert G. "Bob" Flanigan (Christine) of Gregory Run; her grandsons, David Nicholas "Nick" Flanigan (Stephanie) of Gregory Run, Andrew Luke "Andy" Flanigan (Erica) of French Creek, WV and Ethan Alexander Flanigan of Morgantown; her great grandchildren, Ava, Clara, Beau and Ivy; and her sister Helen F. Heater of Meadland Road. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
