He is survived by: his wife Karen Rollyson Phillips; his son Justin Phillips (Jamie) of Bridgeport; his stepsons, Dr. Scott Ross (Tiffany) of Fairmont, Jason Ross (Alison) of Bridgeport and Jeff Boreman of Largo, FL.; his grandchildren, Erin Barberio-Gray (Michael), Brooklyn Ross (Noah Vasicek), Gabriel Ross, Liliana Ross, Alexander Boreman, Arianna Boreman, Bryce Phillips and Parker Phillips; his siblings, Steve McClain (Pam) of Parkersburg and Tammy Gwinn (Jake) of Lumberport; his nieces and nephews, Melissa Saliga (Dave), Meredith Scalise (Vincent), Carrie Gwinn, Christopher Gwinn and Tom Guadagno (Jessica); his great-nieces, Paige and Abby Guadagno; and his great-nephew T. J. Guadagno.
