He is survived by: his parent Robert M Wheeler of Wheeling; his wife Elizabeth June Johnson Wheeler; his children, Bobby Wheeler of Charlotte, NC, Ashley Wheeler, Tyler Wheeler, Michael Harbert and Derrick Harbert; his siblings, Rebecca Wheeler of McMechen, WV, Robin Thompson (David) and Rodney Wheeler (Julie); his parents-in-law, John Johnson and Joetta Bell Johnson of Nutter Fort; and his sister-in-law Kathy DeBos (Bruce) of Ashland, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
