He was predeceased by: his father Carlo Rasmussen; his stepfather Fred Hardman; and his sister Carla Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Rasmussen; his children, Aidan Paul Rasmussen, Scott Thomas Vinson (Mindy) of Clarksburg, WV, Sean Patrick Vinson of Clarksburg, WV and Kelley Ann Troeh (Steve) of Santee, California.; his grandchildren, Sarina Troeh, Sophia Vinson, Olivia Vinson, Timothy Troeh, Amelia Vinson, Brendon Vinson, Oliver Vinson, Lucas Vinson and Lorenzo Vinson; his mother Viola Hardman; his stepsiblings, Danny Hardman, Donnie Hardman, Stanley Hardman and Diana Davis; and his friend Eric. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Amos Carvelli Funeral Home (201 Edison St, Nutter Fort, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 5:00 PM. A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at the same location.
