He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Opha Clarence, Sr. and Cora Lee Williams Forinash; his wife Bertha Forinash; his children, David Forinash (Becky) of Clarksburg, Michael Shawn Forinash (Missy) of Clarksburg and Dawn Elaine Hogue; his son-in-law Jeff (Kim Forinash) of Clarksburg; his grandchildren, Julie Bryant, Chris Forinash, Amy Smith, Scott Hogue, Shawnee Assaro, Karlee Marsh and Kassidee Knauff; his great grandchildren, Luke, Ben Forinash of Connor, AJ, Aubrey Hogue, Emily, Gracie, Jameson Smith, Brit Assaro, MJ and Ryan Martino; and his son Steven Bruce Forinash. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
